Training

I design, deliver and customize trainings to meet the specific needs of each organization I support.  I make sure the content is specific to each company and I also can customize the length and frequency of training sessions to fit the needs of the business.  These can vary from short options to one- and two-day training solutions.  Some topics include:

Coaching and Employee Relations

If you're looking for 1:1 coaching or team efficiency engagement, look no further.   I have a strong expertise in manager and executive leader coaching across all skill sets. I also provide coaching to individual team members in support of team alignment.   In addition, I provide short term HR support in training and employee relations.  This aspect is core in helping educate and upscale HR teams to really partner with the business
